Ed is a brilliant dentist. He talked me through the whole procedure during my fillings appointment putting me at ease. The surgery was spotless and the dental nurses are all so kind and very helpful. I have never been so happy with my smile! I would highly recommend the practice.

I have just completed my treatment for 2 single dental implants with Callum and Dafydd. The care and treatment I received over the past several months has been first class within a lovely modern dental practice. After years of dreading the dentist and some really poor experiences, I heard great things about Esthetique and so decided to change and have had the privilege of visiting Hannah for a while now for a series of dental treatments, including porcelain veneers, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for the care and compassion shown by everyone at Esthetique Dental. I’ve suffered from a lifelong phobia of the dentist, but thanks to the incredible kindness and patience of Hannah, that fear has finally started to ease.
Hannah is not only highly skilled, but genuinely empathetic – she takes the time to understand your needs, explains everything clearly, and always goes the extra mile to make you feel safe and respected. She’s also incredibly knowledgeable about how physical health conditions can affect dental care, which has been invaluable for me.
The practice itself is modern, welcoming, and equipped with the most up-to-date technology. Everything is designed with patient comfort in mind, and the environment feels calm and professional from the moment you walk through the door. The entire team is wonderful – from the kind and attentive nurses to the lovely reception staff, and especially Deb, the practice manager, who always makes you feel welcome and well looked after.
If you’re nervous about seeing a dentist or have complex health needs, this is the place to go. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Started visiting this dental practice in January. I had an initial appointment and assessment with Callum who was extremely professional and helpful in guiding me down the best route to deal with my concerns. I have then began my orthodontic treatment (braces) with Hannah and I’ve had great results so far and the customer service has been fantastic. Competitive prices but would happily pay more given the quality of the setting and how clean/polite the dental staff are. Really makes a difference and takes away any anxiety of visiting the dentist!

Very happy with my recent experience at Esthetique Dental. Decided to go private after a bad experience with an NHS practice. Receptionists on the phone were very knowledgeable. A well run, compassionate practice. I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years, I'd pretty much given up on trying to get into an NHS practice but after having toothache over Christmas I had to see a dentist as soon as possible, after looking at reviews online, I thought I'd try Esthetique, I booked an appointment online for an appointment the very next day, I was very nervous having not been for so long and I knew my teeth were in a poor state, I had my first and subsequent appointments with Calum. Within minutes he made me feel at ease and we had a good chat about what was going on and how I felt, he did a thorough and full examination and came up with a treatment plan to get my oral health to a good standard, as expected I needed a work, 5 fillings and a new partial denture as my current one was not ideal, all of which I was expecting. There is no pressure selling, you get a full itemised estimate sent to you via email to decide if the treatment is right for you, I've had multiple appointments since, both with Callum and Pauline (my hygienist) who was incredible with her advice and practice, for the first time in years I do not bleed after brushing, I had all 5 fillings done in one sitting (by my own choice) and felt so relaxed throughout the entire procedure, bare in mind I was previously very nervous but felt completely safe in Callums hands. As standard with any private medical care, these procedures do come at a cost but I felt I received a good value for my money, it appears they use the most advanced equipment and they do offer interest free payment plans if you need them. I'd also like to thank the dental nurses and receptionist, every one I have come into contact at the surgery have been brilliant and I no longer fear going to the dentist , thankyou, Callum, Pauline and the team.

I can’t quite put into words how fabulous the service and the team is here. I came from another practice where I felt like I was treated as just a number on a piece of paper even though I had used them for 20 years. The service at Esthetique is more than amazing. Incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional.
A particularly huge thank you to Callum for helping me with my severe fear of the dentist and for doing the work on my teeth this year to such a high standard.
Many years of treatment without any local anaesthetic being offered at my previous practice left me with a pretty horrendous phobia, so much so that I would dread it for 6 months before my annual check up. Callum is gradually helping me overcome my fears which I didn’t think would ever be possible.
On top of that, his attention to detail is second to none. He noticed things with my teeth that no one had mentioned at my previous practice, and things that could have caused me some problems later down the line which have now been taken care of.
Pauline has also done an incredible job with my hygiene appointments. Having never had or even been offered a hygiene appointment before… it was no shock what a state my gums and teeth were in but Pauline has completely transformed my very poorly gums over this past year. She’s always so kind, patient and willing to teach you how to look after your dental hygiene properly at home.
The nurses and reception team have all been MORE than delightful at all of my visits too! A warm welcoming smile from a receptionist or a nurse when you are a severe dental phobe can make a big difference when you come in the door.
I honestly can’t say thank you all enough for welcoming me into your practice this last 12 months. I can look forward to the future knowing my teeth are going to be getting the best care.
