Just called them enquiring how much it will cost to change the roof As have had a few issues in the past. However, was absolutely delighted at the honesty of the advice given which was you don’t need to do anything as the roof is absolutely fine. No need to waste your money. Though they haven’t got any business of me because they don’t think anything needs to be done, their Honest assessment and reply has certainly got my goodwill At a time when you may find many businesses happy to do repairs and take money off you when actually nothing Needs to be done. A five star review really for the honesty👍

We purchased Karndean Luxury Floor Tiles from Cooper and Williams in Shrewsbury and arranged for them to lay them in our kitchen, utility and downstairs toilet. The job was handled to a very high standard and looks great.

John came from Cooper and Williams in Shrewsbury to lay our Karndean flooring throughout. We are so pleased with the finish and John always cleared any mess up before leaving over the few days it took him. Smashing job, kept socially distanced and took all the precautions and he was a very pleasant man. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Joining up the three separate roof slopes where they meet to overcome the ingress of water due to the existing flashings not providing a satisfactory weathering performance has now been rectified, and I would like to thank you for your expert advice on how best to cure the problem. We live in Telford and over the years we've always driven over to Cooper and Williams for our flooring. Quality tiles, we've also purchased wooden flooring from them, and a pleasant service. We try and support independent businesses as much as we can but if the service isn't there I guess we'd have to go the big names. But no such problem with Cooper and Williams! Certainly "one of the best"!!

The service provided by Cooper & Williams has proved to be absolutely outstanding. The fact that the work we wanted done covered only a small area never seemed to influence the application shown by all involved. In the showroom we were given helpful attention then left alone to consider - ideal customer handling. Their visit to us was equally helpful and friendly without being pushy and they were prepared to spend time even on a small job - full marks again. After such a good start was the fitting going to disappoint? Emphatically not! Chris did a job which went beyond professional - the result is superb, a perfect fit and finish all round. We can't see how it could possibly be better... Our warmest thanks, respects and admiration.
