John came from Cooper and Williams in Shrewsbury to lay our Karndean flooring throughout. We are so pleased with the finish and John always cleared any mess up before leaving over the few days it took him. Smashing job, kept socially distanced and took all the precautions and he was a very pleasant man. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Salesman arrived punctually and gave excellent advice on replacing the poor quality flooring already installed. We had previously visited the showroom and seen the extensive display of flooring on show. We got a fitting date for a few weeks later and when the tiler arrived, he proved to be very experienced and professional too. We now have a beautiful wood effect Amtico floor that greatly improves our hallway. We thought it was very good value for money, as it took over two and a half days to fit. We would have no hesitation in recommending Cooper & Williams. Thank you all for a job well done!

I would like to express my appreciated for the excellent workmanship carried out by your operatives. Joining up the three separate roof slopes where they meet to overcome the ingress of water due to the existing flashings not providing a satisfactory weathering performance has now been rectified, and I would like to thank you for your expert advice on how best to cure the problem. We live in Telford and over the years we've always driven over to Cooper and Williams for our flooring. Quality tiles, we've also purchased wooden flooring from them, and a pleasant service. We try and support independent businesses as much as we can but if the service isn't there I guess we'd have to go the big names. But no such problem with Cooper and Williams! Certainly "one of the best"!!
