We’ve been so grateful for the care provided by this company over the past two years. They looked after both my grandmother and grandfather separately, in their own homes, and the quality of support was outstanding in both cases.
The carers were consistently kind, patient, and professional. They took time to understand each grandparent’s routines, preferences, and little quirks—right down to how Grandma likes her tea and how Grandad wants his newspaper folded. The continuity of the same regular carers made a huge difference; both felt genuinely cared for rather than just “looked after.”
Communication with the office was brilliant—always prompt, clear updates, and flexible when we needed to adjust times or add extra visits. They also worked seamlessly with district nurses and the GP when needed.
Thanks to their compassionate and reliable support, both grandparents were able to stay safe and comfortable at home much longer than we ever expected. Couldn’t recommend this care company more highly—true 5-star service.

I joined the bluebird team in April 25 as coordinator for the Oswestry team. I am loving my role, and although challenging at times the support I get from my colleagues and managers are Amazing! It’s very clear to see that bluebird are striving to deliver excellent care. I love going out to see our wonderful customers, who love to see a friendly face and have a good natter with those delivering their care. It’s lovely to work somewhere, where you feel valued and appreciated. Thank you bluebird for supporting me in my journey with you, I hope to be here for many years to come.

Cannot fault Bluebird Care. They help and support and are more than qualified and happy to take on any age, any ability/disability or give any care necessary and they have some extremely friendly and caring staff. Highly recommend!

In April 2026 I will have been with Bluebird for twelve years not bad going as I said I’d give it three months to see if I could do the job in that time I have met some wonderful customers and their families and been made to feel part of their family through good and bad times I have also worked with some fantastic carers you know that saying you don’t have to be mad to work here but it helps its true

At short notice Kirsty helped us navigate a short term care package for our elderly relative. She chose a lovely carer called Pretty who spent 8 days in house care. She was great fun, which was needed, caring and kind. Both our relative and pretty were sad for it to end. If the need ever arose again we would definitely use bluebird care and pretty.

I’ve worked for Bluebird for over 6 years and they are one of the best companies I’ve worked for. We have continuous training and there is room to grow within the business if you want it. Bluebird care has always accommodated my lifestyle changes unlike some companies.
We are appreciated with all the small gestures the company award us.

I am entering my tenth year working for Bluebird care. I work for the Shrewsbury branch. I have always felt supported, all of my colleagues are so approachable, from the managers to my workmates. I can pick up the phone or go into the office and always get a, warm welcome. Any issues, worries, problems are soon sorted.
This feeling is extended to our lovely customers too. We embrace the customers on an individual basis tailoring our care to their needs. We offer them respect, dignity, kindness and create a good working relationship. Some of our customers have been with us for quite some years, enabling us to develop that extra level of care that is quite unique. I feel very privileged working with our customers and Bluebird care support me doing that. It's an extremely worthwhile job

What a fantastic company Bluebird care are, they have been caring for my father since June of this year, he has four care calls a day. Care staff are caring, thorough and nothing is too much trouble, my father loves them all! If I have had to ring the office, all my queries are dealt with promptly and always with a great outcome, they have taken so much pressure off my shoulders.
You honestly will not find a better care company, if yourself or one of your relatives needs some care/help this is the company to call.

I have worked for Bluebird Care Shropshire for over 4 years and I can honestly say I love my job and couldn’t think of a better company to work for! Everyone is kind, caring and professional. There are plenty of opportunities for progression and regular meetings and supervision to ensure that staff are happy and content in their work, with real emphasis on a good work life balance. Management are caring and supportive of staff and go out of their way to make you feel valued and appreciated. I love the thoughtful little things they do, such as little treats or goodies, it really does make you feel appreciated! It really is like being in a big family and colleagues will often go out of their way to help you. I find my work exceptionally rewarding and I have met so many wonderful inspiring people. I wouldn’t want to do be doing anything else!

I joined Bluebird as a Carer in November last year and have been treated very well from both the Company and the Clients. Bluebird Care is a professional caring, compassionate organization and so far, I am enjoying learning from them in order to care 100% for the people I assist. I find this company well led, well run, fantastic communication within staff, open door policy at all times.
Bluebird care about their staff's wellbeing and have regular contact to check in on us and at all other times we can contact them if needed. I have found them very supportive to all of us as carers.
We have regular training to bring us up to date. There are opportunities within Bluebird to gain further qualifications, NVQ's and caring certificates, furthering opportunities within our team and move up the caring ladder.
I am an older member of the team and I would encourage anyone of any age, who wants to go into caring, check us out, we are a great company to work for
Currently, the team I work with are second to none. They are friends to me and I can rely on them, both in and out of the work environment.

I like bluebirdcare Ltd because all of the member of the team in our office are very kind and nice.
