Bespoke Computing have been great. My husband and I have recently set up our own tailoring business and needed some serious advice and help with setting up the right IT system. Bespoke Computing came up with all the answers, appearing to enjoy the odd challenge that we through at them. From computer health checks to backing up systems that are mobile, accessing the best and most competitve hardware and helping with all IT problems.

Our building does not make for the best wireless network signal, so we spoke with Chris @ Bespoke. He recommended these booster units which simply plug into the mains - and hey, presto, the signal for my laptop has gone from ʼlowʼ to ʼexcellentʼ! Cost effective, easy to set up and there was even a folllow-up call to make sure everything was OK.

Bespoke Computing have just supplied my business with broadband, i was up and running exactly when they said i would be and they even formatted my router so all i had to do was switch my computer on. I have used Bespoke in the past for techical support and they always offer a fast and effective service. Chris and the team pride themselves on their straight forward approach and never try to make things complicated. You get fast cost effective service that is explained to you in nice simple english!!! How many IT companyʼs do you know who could do that? I would have no hesitation in regarding Chris and the team at Bespoke (infact i do regularly).

When setting up my new business, I went to Chris to arrange purchase of a laptop and installation of broadband in the office. I recently asked Bespoke Computing to arrange a back-up system for my business. Previously Iʼd been backing my files up to memory sticks and external hard drives - the usual. But then it clicked if my office got burgled or there was a fire I could risk losing ALL my data! It only took about 10 minutes to install Bespokeʼs back-up software and the whole process was painless and easy-to-understand. I even received follow-up calls from the team to make sure all was well. So now I can be assured my business files are backed up safely and securely away from the office. All this plus the price was great. An exceptional service indeed.
