Hundreds of customers completed the survey at the leisure centre in Burnthill Lane and the results show that:
99% of users were very or fairly satisfied with their overall visit
94% were very or fairly satisfied with the helpfulness of staff
89% were very or fairly satisfied with cleanliness, an increase of 10%
91% think the leisure centre offers real value for money.
The news comes just weeks after the leisure centre was named as one of the best in the country in a national industry-standard assessment.
The team triumphed in a national quality award called Quest, which examines more than 20 elements of top-quality leisure provision including customer care, community initiatives and the presentation and housekeeping of the building.
The assessment consisted of mystery visits and a two-day on-site assessment and saw a huge score of 90% for Rugeley Leisure Centre, making it the joint fifth ranked facility out of 900 in the UK.
