Big news for Richmond - having won many awards at London in Bloom, the Borough has been selected to represent the city in Britain in Bloom!
There's lots to take part in when the Christmas Lights are lit, courtesy of the Harlequins Rugby Team, on November 26th, so come on down to Church Street, Twickenham and take part in the celebrations!
