The Richmond Users Independent Living Scheme (RUILS) is a charity based in Teddington made up of older and disabled people who believe in self-help and living independently. RUILS seek to demonstrate that disabled people can help each other to achieve real independence with Self Directed Support.
One of the biggest difficulties I have had in dealing with my wife's disability is getting information and advice . By far RUILS has been the best source of this. Either they have had the answers or have been able to direct me to them. Their manner is sympathetic and expert.
