The place has always been very clean and the staff have always been very helpful and friendly.
Even though I moved to a different area, I refused to change dentist because I have always been so happy with them.

I visited the clinic for 2 teeth extractions n 1 false plate.all the staff are very polite.I was not kept waiting more than 5 mins after appointment time.the procedure was not very nice having teeth out is not pleasant but the staff where so patient with me even when I screamed out . New plate was fitted perfectly .not a fan of the dentist but the staff put me at ease 5*

Great Clinic
Had horrible toothache there was no problem getting me booked in. Solve my issue and came up with long term plan to fix all my teeth on the first visit (even had 2 different options one cheaper). Service and everything spot on.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Synergy Dental in Bury. Unfortunately I am no stranger to the dentist, crowns and implants. For my latest crown I was seen by Dr Mateen Ahmed. He has an excellent manner, explaining options and making you feel right at ease. Impressed with his use of what appeared to me cutting edge technology. No nasty tasting moulds needed these days but modern micro camera to scan the teeth to produce a model that was then used to produce the crown, which fitted perfectly 😁. The only pain? Paying for it! 🥴. By far, the best experience to date of having a crown (and other treatment) and highly recommended - Thanks Mateen and team 👍

Fantastic cosmetic dental experience.Every step explained of my treatment plan.Brilliant results, really pleased.Have had lots of comments on the appearance of my teeth.Staff all lovely and completely put me at ease during my appointments, as I had been very nervous about any dental procedures in the past.I would certainly recommend using Synergy Dental Clinics.

My last visit was pre-covid, but this hasn't deterred me from writing this review and besides I could do with a whitening kit more than most 😅 I will say this, this review is honest and accurate - I've had check ups and an an implant and I can say at all times treatment was fully explained and priced with different options. The branch I attended whilst not the biggest was friendly and professional from my initial call to completing my treatment. I'm sure patients will give good reviews for their own dentist, but all I can say, with me, they were and are a standout dentist for choice and customer experience- give them a go !
