Each visit to the team at Synergy Farnworth has been exceptional for me. Dr Bilal Salim is extremely friendly yet maintaining his professionalism at all times. He immediately puts you at ease, talking you through each step of the procedure and reassuring throughout. He ensures you are comfortable and discusses your requirements from start to finish, making sure you are happy and satisfied. I called the dental surgery and explained to the receptionist that I was in excruciating dental pain, I had been up most of the night in pain and analgesics did not help. The receptionist was very kind, she listened and managed to get me a appointment on the same day. When I went in to the practice my temperature was taken and I was asked to complete a medical history form online. I was called in by the dentist (Dr Bagasi) who asked me about the problem and examined the area, he took a x-ray and told me that it was a root canal problem. He explained what the problem was why I was in pain and what dental procedure needed to be carried out. Once I had consented to the procedure Dr Bagasi talked me through what he was doing throughout the procedure and was amazing. Afterwards he explained what I needed to do for maintaining good oral health and provided me with a leaflet. I am extremely grateful to Dr Bagasi and his team for helping me as I have never been in so much pain. I would recommend this practice and will be attending here for my regular check ups.

I have had a really good experience at Synergy. After needing to have a back tooth removed, I decided to have an implant. The service I have received has been amazing. All staff I have interacted with from the dentist to the reception staff have been lovely and helpful. I have recommended them to a friend who had a bad experience somewhere else and she loves it here too.

I highly recommend this dental clinic. Dr Zohaib Zaman performed a totally pain free procedure and I left with a temporary bridge that far surpassed my expectations. So realistic looking and very comfortable. Zohaib is not only a perfectionist, he is a kind and caring man who explains everything clearly and does everything he can to put his patients at ease. I cannot thank him enough! I would also like to thank the dental nurse Vicky Garnett for her kindness during the procedure (and for the loan of her hand when I needed it). And a special thank you to Victoria, the receptionist, who is just wonderful! Finally, I want to say that I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment - that's how good this dental clinic is!

I had to have a new denture which was rubbing on a bone in my mouth & really hurting. The dentist was very patient and did everything she could to fix the problem.

Had excruciating pain in a tooth, so I called up and got seen to within a couple of hours! Reception was brilliant, friendly, professional... The dentist was great too. Explained everything I needed to know, was patient, informative and, more importantly, got rid of the problem tooth. I can finally sleep without pain again!!

Great dentist and worked very well on my teeth just downside is the Technicians who made my crowns didnt do one of them right and even the second time round the dentist had to file my teeth even more to fit the crown and now i have constant pain on that tooth and may need a root canal. Only reason ive not gone back because i live in wales because of covid i could not go and get a check up or sort the pain out . I cant let other dentist do it here as they can ruin the job that the dentist did. Over all amazing bubbly dentist but just have some few issues with one of my teeth and need to sort out a little chip or air bubble that happen while applying my bonding

Hi,I have just had a visit to Blackburn road Clinic, I was greeted by the lovely chatty Receptionist.
My Apointment was on time. The nice Dental Nurse led me to the Dental surgey where I was greeted with a cheerful good Morning from the Dentist.
My root canal treatment was Quicker Than expected & painless, Thank you all.
