The staff are great, and the atmosphere really nice. The rooms are a little tired now and the parking can be annoying. Would stay again if in the area. Gym has a nice view.

Good service but the hotel looks a bit dated and is also tucked in the middle of some flyovers so not the best place. Good bar and restaurant offering nice choice of food though.

Attended an all day training conference here, the room was air conditioned, in perfect condition with overhead projector and large tables with comfortable seats. Two coffee machines and toilet facilities were available just down the hall along with free car parking

The room was clean and had the basics. No plug socket next to the bed was inconvenient. The bed was comfortable. It did what it said on the tin. Parking was ok. Location was ok.

The location of the hotel is within 10 minutes walking distance of the centre of Preston. It is a clean and tidy hotel, however having been there twice within a month, I was disappointed to find still only 1 of the 2 lifts working. The room was comfortable and clean, and most mod-cons available. The hotel bar is open late, but the service was slow and staff forgetful. Breakfast was standard by the hotel breakfasts of this calibre, but could be better equipped and presented.
