I was a little surprised, reception is on the 1st floor, So just walk in and none challenges you. Also the carpark is not very big. But overall the hotel was fine

The hotel is dated and needs a refurbishment... BUT THE GOOD NEWS, the staff are most hospitable and polite. Thank you staff, Holiday Inn.. Well refurbished ASAP

Customer service was great, and the bar area was awesome. The bartenders was a friendly as can be, and always seemed excited to be working. The rooms were small, as well as the workout room. No pool, just so y'all know. The hotel is in a decent spot from restaurants, malls, walking distances from the train station and other activities

Tiniest double bed ever seen in a hotel room. Stayed in hotel in Manchester last night which had two beds this size in a room described as a twin. And this room has considerablevtrafgic noise. Try the Premier Inn off Fishergate. Much bigger beds.

The staff are wonderful, the hotel offers a full hot breakfast. Rooms are small, the bed takes up most of the room. Hotel staff are eager to please, will do their utmost to accommodate guests.
