Friendly and helpful staff. Food o.k. Only stayed 1 night but due to location with roads at front and rear it was very noisy in room with police/ambulance sirens all night so wouldn't, stay there again

Good staff, good restaurant. Pricey, but that's because of its city location I guess. Good rooms. Hotel parking is scarce, and to use their overspill lot you need to check out before 7 AM next day. The alternative is a public parking garage by a bus station across the street.

The hotel itself is quite old, but well maintained. Good cozy rooms, breakfast spread is excellent.

Comfortable bed, nice room, attentive and polite staff and great breakfast selection. I couldn't ask for more from my stay. The mini gym is in need of some tlc which I was told is due next year. I stayed for work so I anticipate I'll get the opportunity to see it.

We couldn't have asked for better service. We arrived late at night at aroubd 12am and the manager called nick was on duty.when we had checked in the manager said instead of using the multi story car park over the road please park in my space in the hotel car park .Nick moved his car for me and I had his space .which made a huge difference at 12 am in the morning I can tell you !! And after a 7 1/2 hour journey .clean rooms great food in the morning for breakfast. Friendly staff who do an amazing job .I would fully reccomend this hotel.its excellent !!
