What a woman! (Fiona)
Professional from first walking into the salon.
In all the years using various salons this is the only one that has shown me a client card, explained what it's for and why.
Along with a well written salon statement of what to expect as a salon client and quality of service you will receive.
I can't specify what a difference this has made.
High high praise!!!
Great booking system, I was able to book in online.
And on a Monday too for a same day visit.
Love the way the system worked as in expected time in the chair and being able to do it online.
Again high high praise.
Checked out a dozen + places between Preston and Blackpool and kept drawing back here.
Had a total restyle, from long to short.
And in my huh-hum years of going long to short (had longer in the past)
Fiona is the only stylist who has ever asked if I want to donate my hair.
So before she has even started (or so I thought) she was straight away thinking of what I was having done and how others can benefit from the length taken.
Totally selfless.
She asked if I had any idea of what I wanted.
I had some pics of what I liked, so we discussed them and how each would look until I was happy with work to be done.
Before starting she talked through how and why she was going to cut and what the benefit would be to the different cutting styles.
Also each product used, what it was what it does and the benefit.
If you are looking for a professional, friendly, and good quality salon with super prices and you pass by this place then you are 💯% missing out.

Talked and directed me through the whole cut; I even know how to blow dry and brush my hair properly. Feel fully satisfied and pleased with my new look. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere new or are bored of you’re ‘usual’.

Fiona is brilliant, she listens & understands want you want from your appointment. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave you feel like your in her living room having a chat. It’s so relaxed. Fiona explains everything she’s doing step by step & why she’s doing it. My hair has never felt so good. I would recommend her to everyone! Her experience, knowledge & passion really shines through when she’s discussing your options. Her salon has a real buzz and that’s all her! She’s a gem.

Fiona did an amazing job on cutting my hair. It's a week since I visited the shop and I'm still obsessed with the results. She does excellent work. I had such a lovely experience with her. She's very friendly and welcoming and is more than happy to share her hair styling advice if you need it and to top all of this off her prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be paying her a visit in the future.

So, first visit here based on previous reviews and pics online. I've got to say this has been the best hairdressing experience I've had to date. It was so refreshing to find a hairdresser with real skill who clearly understands hair, its structure, its strengths and its limitations. She was totally honest about my request and advised the best way to achieve the result I wanted. My hair is stunning! I was also given a blow drying masterclass too! Here's a hairdresser you can trust, and that is priceless.

As always came out with a gorgeous new hair colour. I have been coming to Fiona now since before she opened her new salon and I have always had the best services from her. From the minute you walk through the door you are put at ease and made to feel very welcome to the minute you walk out. All of the staff here treat you with the upmost respect and kindness. (And Kayleigh makes an amazing coffee) As for my hair, she kills it every time! I go in wanting a different hair colour and she always exceeds my expectations. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Where do I begin... I have never EVER had an experience at a hair salon where the hairdresser sat down with me (literally sat opposite me) going through the colour palette - she already had an idea what I wanted but wanted me to exclude the colours I didn't like pointing to what would work. My hair is /was partly gray so covering can be a challenge at times - NOT FOR FIONA! I have never, EVER, seen such excitement when mixing colours and getting them dyed! In the process I was wonderfully looked after making me feel special, met Fiona's family and a few of her regular customers, all of which made me feel as if I was part of their circle already. It was my first visit in a salon in 6 years or so. Naturally, I was nervous also because of my health condition. Fiona was so caring and supporting asking if I'm OK or if I needed anything, explaining everything as we went, giving tips and advice how to care and style my hair. The result.... WOW, my grays are all gone being replaced by a wonderful, natural looking blonde which shimmers in different colours and is EXACTLY how I wanted it!!!
You will never get this level of care and experience in a high end salon - Fiona does everything with passion and heart! It's almost hard to explain, it feels that there's a soul behind everything. I thought I would be charged more for the quality but the prices are more than reasonable. No wonder she has so many returning customers - the work, attidute and price list shows!

Not only does Fiona do an amazing job cutting both men and women's hair, she is knowledgeable, giving advice on how to manage my hair now I'm reaching the age where in why family hair starts to disappear.
For an extremely reasonable price I got a cut that makes me look phenomenal, but I also got the best advice and always leave feeling empowered and full of self love.
I've been seeing Fiona for years and years, even when I left the country I would always come back for a visit because she is the only one I trust with my hair.

Amazing as per ! Once again I didn’t listen to advice and went to a box dye, fiona did a colour correction and fresh trim and saved my hair. Lovely service and always talks about whats best for you and advises. Always listen to you ur hairdresser/barber 😂 Thank you so much x
