Thebestof Portsmouth is now being run by Peter Lawrence and Martyn Evans, Peter has lived in Portsmouth or Southsea all his life ( and that's quite a time !) and Martyn has been here for 30 years, give or take, so between them they have extremely good local knowledge and a feel for the area that can only come from experience.
