In this economic and technological climate, Internet cafes seem to be dropping like flies. What used to be a lucrative business that you would find in almost every high street across the country is now something of a speciality. At one time we had four in about a square mile in Southsea, but because of the advances in Broadband, mobile devices 3G etc, they are becoming scarce.
