Flip Out is a huge arena of integrated interconnected trampolines, where you can spring, trick or flip off the walls on the largest trampolines out there. And it's coming to Portsmouth this Christmas - with 10 more sites planned for 2016. The UK is the latest country to become part of a 3-year-old, £25million global business.
Whether you’re an Olympic snowboarder, a free runner, ballet dancer, cheerleading squad, young skater, active adult or youngster, Flip Out is the place for you. With a dedicated junior arena, foam pits, half pipe, wall running and slam-dunk basketball area, Flip Out want all of their ‘Flippers’ to have healthy and awesome fun through their massive trampolines, ball games and events.

Flip Out is all about fun and is so much more than just bouncing, with their ‘After Dark’ disco nights, resident DJ, dance competitions, and general fitness classes including their Mini Flippers, Little Ninja’s and Flip Fit classes, you’re sure to find something that suits you.
Little Ninja Classes – for those who want to flip, twist, & move like a real ninja! For ages four to fourteen.
Flip Fit classes – Flip Fit training sessions are for anyone over the age of 15, including adults.
After Dark – taking on the trend of exercising in the dark, After Dark is a weekly event on Friday and Saturday nights from 9.00pm-11.00pm, for ages 13 years and over. Spend your night jumping and dancing around to the best tunes from the resident DJ with beats, a light show, smoke machine and more. Mini Flippers - Great fitness for mums, dads and their little ones under five - with Flip Out Staff on hand to help and teach whilst mum and dad have a go too.
Jon Inwards of Flip Out UK said ‘We want to get children, teens, everyone away from screens and onto trampolines. We see children of all ages, teens, young adults and parents at their arenas and actively encourage learning about trampoline-ing and developing a higher level of skill - whether you’re a child or an adult – it really is for all ages.’
One hour of trampolining the circuit can burn 1,000 calories but it’s also great for:

Flip Out offers a great alternative for out of school sports too, we’re also happy to host local community partners to raise money with the aim of bringing the community together to do something great. It’s also a great way to build your team – whether a sporting team, businesses and non-for-profit organisations to encourage team work in a fun and exciting venue.
Flip Out birthday parties are a fun way to engage kids too, and include party games and activities on the trampolines alongside post flipping meals and birthday cakes.
