5) Foundation Friday - The Garden in Winter at Knoll Gardens

As the garden’s bird prepare for the winter come and join the RSPB in the garden at Knoll for a guided stroll before the gardens open to the general public. 11) Jeremy Hardy At The Tivoli Theatre

Jeremy Hardy begins his 4th decade as a stand-up this year. That’s a more dramatic way of saying he started 31 years ago and, without a lottery win, probably has at least another 31 years to go. Last year, the tenth series of “Jeremy Hardy Speaks to the Nation” was broadcast on Radio 4. He is also well known for his appearances on The News Quiz and I’m Sorry I Haven’t a Clue. Indeed, Alan Bennett recently said he likes him “but he’s only on the radio”. However, Jeremy isn’t only on the radio. 12) Charity Music Marathon At The Haven Hotel

Talented members of staff from the Haven (yes, the staff!) will be performing a number of your favourite hit songs, covering the genres of Pop, Rock, Jazz and Theatre amongst others. All in support of Wave 105’s charity, Cash for Kids. FJB Hotels charity partner, Cash for Kids, provide grants to individuals as well as other local charities with one goal, to help ensure that the basic needs of Children across the region are met. They firmly believe that in this day and age, no child should go without their basic needs and are committed to supporting children on the South Coast under the age of 18, who are financially, socially, emotionally or physically disadvantaged.
