The Perfect Sandwich

Lunch time at work can be different depending on what you plan to eat. Sandwiches for myself are a quick, easy option and are very satisfying. However, the perfect sandwich is harder to make than one might think.

What would be your perfect Sandwich? For me the bread needs to be light and fluffy like a cloud, whereas the crust maybe more crispy and hard and ofcourse it would have to be fresh bread!
The filling on the other hand is completely up to my mood and the type of day I'm having.
Variety is Essential! Some people like choices others not so much, but when picking the food that will get you through the rest of the day you need to have a slection of good fillings such as-

The Messy but incredibly falouvred filling- best for when you don't have to return to your co-workers with meatball sub everywhere.
The Healthy but plain- perfect for those looking to prepare for summer, although not completely satisfying in terms of flavour, your mood will certainly increase due to you being a tough cookie and sticking out the diet.
The Smelly but great tasting- We all know which paticular sandwich we're talking about here...egg. Personally I do love an egg and mayo sandwich but if you're getting it to go and eat back the office or anywhere there's a lot of people, you can find it'll bring some unwanted attention, although if you're hungry do you really care?

In Conclusion, where is a reliable, well priced place to get a good sandwich from? I'd recommend Garnish Cymru!
