This category is open to all independent gyms. Each of the regional winners will have demonstrated excellent progress in areas such as – but not exclusively – member recruitment, retention and implementation of individual fitness programmes, improvements to facilities and staff training. In short, you will have a club to be really proud of and you'll want everyone to know about it.
One to one is a gym that is passionate about fittness from beginner to sportsman, but its not just about the fitness its about improving health and wellbeing both physically and mentally in a relaxing and encouraging environment.
