What EPC are they?

Energy performance certificates are designed to give you the home owner or the prospective buyer  a guidance on how efficient the property is in retaining heat, and overall energy consumption and overall how this has an impact on the environment.

What do EPC they do?

Energy Performance Certificates will tell you and give you an idea of the potential of a property to improve it's energy levels. It essentialy measures the running costs!

How much do EPC's cost?

Energy performance certificates can vary dependant on who you use. It's recommended that you choose one that actually care about your property. In that they are passionate about saving energy and more importantly how saving energy actually benefits your pocket!

Prices can vary at around £50 for a domestic property to upto £400 for a coomercial premises.

Where do i get an EPC?

It's recommended that you use a local agent - so that they are readily available and flexible to meet with your needs.
