Cyclelogical Care in the Community -
Cyclelogical put the community first with their Christmas Raffle in 2009 donating all proceeds to Ysgol Ty Coch Ton-teg. The main aim of the raffle was to raise local awareness for children with special needs and to emphasise the positive side of good local community spirit.
The Raffle prize donated by Cyclelogical was a No Mercy 20” wheel BMX cycle worth £130 (one hundred and thirty pounds). Cyclelogical successfully raised £227 (two hundred and seven pounds) for Ysgol Ty Coch in Tonteg.
Stuart left of photograph of Pen Y Graig Rhondda, a longstanding regular customer of Cyclelogical, was the WINNER of the raffle prize.
However, As Stuart prefers his two wheels to be motorised, he is giving the cycle as a present to his nephew Alan of Tonypandy who will be 5 next birthday.
This is not the first time Cyclelogical have helped promote community activity. They were also the founder members and sponsors of the first University of Glamorgan Cycling Club.
The next event Cyclelogical intend organising will be an easy family fun ride, during the summer of 2010 for a local charitable cause. Anyone wishing to be involved, private or corporate please contact Cyclelogical.
A big thank you to all those who bought raffle tickets and everyone who helped selling them.
Piero Fulgoni heads up the team at Cyclelogical in Church Village, Pontypridd. The longest established cycle shop in Taff Ely, serving Pontypridd and South Wales since 1991.
