Can your business stand up to the work place banter test?

Many businesses are becoming increasingly cautious with what is said in the work place. A recent case shows exactly this, when a nurse was found to be unfairly dissmissed for a remark made in jest.

The old addage of 'it will never happen to me' is rooted in the micro business sector especially those businesses operating with less than 10 staff withing the Pontypridd and Rhondda area.

1 - have you ever said anything your work place that would cause offence if certain party were to hear the remarks?
