'loganberry, Brie and Rocket Bite'

One afternoon, unsure of what to eat or whether to pop up the road to Paninis. I decided to use some initiative and create something a little festive. That is my 'loganberry, Brie and Rocket Bite'.

An excellent dish accompanied by a warm mug of tea. For this sandwich you will need:

  • Braces XXX bread (local bakersy should have this loaf)
  • Light Butter (supermarche)
  • A dollop of Loganberry Jam (Your local deli should do this)
  • Tasty French Brie (local deli or farmers market)
  • Fresh Washed Rocket Salad (garden centre or local vedge shop)

The steps are as simple as chucking it all togther between the bread. I should add though.... be generous with the Brie and make sure you spread the loganberry on both sides of the bread for extra flavour.

I may have cheated a little here. I did actually have the idea originally from speaking with 'kwikuisine catering' - all I did was change the Jam.

If you have a great 'bite' or any menu why not add it here - we could develop 'Pontypridd's' very first Cook Book!!
