Aspire Oxford is a multi-award-winning employment, recovery and rehabilitation charity. Every day we provide opportunities and hope for hundreds of men and women across Oxfordshire who have come through really tough periods in their lives and have experienced homelessness, substance misuse and offending.

Through Aspire’s ground-breaking professional services and job clubs, our trainees can build confidence, skills and gain work experience. The demand for our work is increasing every day and we need your help to reach out to everyone who needs us.

“I joined Aspire 3 weeks ago. It’s the best thing I ever done…everyone’s equal, we all work together, we’re a team. It actually builds you, makes you better when you’re looking for a job. It gives you a lot of confidence.”
Paul, Aspire trainee

With your support, we can continue to make an outstanding impact across Oxfordshire. Last year we worked with 150 brave and inspiring trainees. 28% of these were supported into paid employment, 98% of trainees with an offending history did not reoffend, and 92% of our trainees maintained their recovery from addiction.

Get involved with Aspire Oxford and help us to change lives

  • Invite us to quote for grounds or buildings maintenance, gardening, removals, or textile recycling for your home, business, group or school. No job too big or too small
  • Make a donation to support our life changing work (there will shortly be a new “donations” page on the Aspire Oxford website to link to)
  • Choose Aspire Oxford as your company or club’s Charity of the Year. We can offer fundraising ideas, marketing and PR, volunteering opportunities and the chance to make a huge difference to a local charity
  • Host an Aspire trainee on a work placement – paid or unpaid, skilled or unskilled, one day to several months
  • Donate furniture, textiles or household items to us – we collect
  • Invite us to give an inspirational presentation about Aspire’s work at your workplace, club or school
  • Fundraise for Aspire – we’ll support you every step of the way
  • Host an Aspire textile donations bank at your school, college or community project. We can rebate 20% of money raised back to your organisation, average £500-1000 annually
