The highlight last week was our Regional Meeting up in Solihull. About 45 franchisees were there and Nige presented our strategy for 2010. OMG!!! What a truly exciting year we're going to have. Loads and LOADS of new initiatives to help drive recommendations and testimonials, helping our clients to get more business and to place them on a platform above the general run of the mill businesses in Northampton.
Really brilliant stuff and everyone came away very bouyed up with the plans for 2010.
