Today's the day we find out who is the most loved business in Northampton, and indeed throughout the UK.
The interest this campaign has received has been truly astounding - with really good local 'lovers' giving their time and energy to recommend a business in Northampton that they have had exceptional service from.
It's been great - we've been giving out loads of testimonial cards because it seems that people have been eating them! They have filled them in in their hundreds and we are so proud to be part of that.
We've seen some unlikely businesses get behind the campaign and ask their customers if they're doing a good job. It's actually quite a daunting thing to ask sometimes, but it's also been a great way to get feedback and improve the service if necessary. All very valuable stuff.
We have another campaign in line and this one is personal! Watch out for the next magazine about to hit end of March.
