Networking Evening at The Royal Bengal on 25th August
Well, we had a great time at The Royal Bengal on Tuesday 25th, where we had 47 people turn up for a truly scrumptious meal that Mohammed and his team had prepared for us. Who was there? Well, let me see.....
Joe Francis, from Outer Space Garden Design, Georgie Gardiner and Lucy Davison from Davison Communications, Helen O'Keefe and her team from Crisis Couriers, Beverley and Alan Houghton from First4Blinds, Grace and Nigel Witham from N.E.W Roofing Services, who are new members of thebestofnorthampton, so we welcome them, Martin White from 1Tech Computers, Peter Ravi from Milenium Computers, Jeanette McLaughlin-Barker from Business Link, the lovely Cindy and Paul Ashton from Carters Travel, Phil and Ruth Trinder from droptestkits.com, Alan and Donna Wigg, from Parrs Motor Spares, to name but a few.
Everyone had a great time and Mohammed and his team received 24 testimonials about the food and the evening, which we have put on the website for him.

I have been looking at the stats for August, and I am really pleased to say that my page views on the site have actually doubled since I brought out the first magazine last December. For example, The Vineyard received 197 page views, The Mailcoach received 154 views, Hairdressers got 150 views and what amazed me was that Funky Lil Feet got 97 page views and the feature has only just been put on the site. All going really well so far.
Axis Automatic, although a national company, received 29 page views through thebestofnorthampton, but they also show on our national pages, which is really good link strength for them.
Robin and I are just putting the next magazine together, so we're busy writing features about some of our clients, which is always good fun. The next networking evening is 29th September, when we hope to do a tour of The George Row Club in Northampton, because it's quite interesting.
