Everyone's talking about my magazine!

Yesterday I went to see Paul and Sharon Hemsworth at The Jewellers Workshop and 2 people came in as a direct result of the magazine.  They had seen Paul's advert on the inside front cover and came in to see him because of it.  One lady saw the ring in the advert and enquired about something similar for her wedding anniversary and another gentleman came in saying that he had just read the magazine whilst waiting at In 'n' Out for his car to be MOT'd.   Obviously we got chatting - hey as a publisher, it's always good to have feedback - and he told me that he really enjoyed reading it.  That's always pleasing to know!

I have delivered some more magazines yesterday up and down the Welly Road, and the comments I got about the lady on the front cover (Laura Hutchings from Homeland Florists) were incredible.  If anyone is reading this and would like a copy, then just email me and I'll send it out to you!

We have taken on another new client today, as a direct result of the magazine, so welcome to Nigel at NEW Roofing.  We should be getting his feature up and running within the next couple of days, under the categories:  Roofing Services, Chimney Repairs and Guttering.  I just have to phone a couple of his customers to check him out and put their testimonials on the site as well.

Beverley Houghton from First4Blinds emailed me as well and she is hosting an event for the new charity HOPS (Helping Other People Survive) on 5th September.  It's a Night at the Races, at Kingsley WMC, from 7 - 11pm.  Should be a good night - it's £10 per person and a sausage and chip supper thrown in as well.  Check it out

Ginger Pig are playing in the Market Square on Friday - we may well wander down there.  If you're around and see me, please do come and say hello!
