The Al Shaqab Lockinge Stakes, the only Group 1 of Newbury’s flat season, promises to deliver racing of the highest quality on Saturday 18th May. The mile contest worth £400,000 has an illustrious roll of honour with the likes of Frankel, Palace Pier, and Baaeed as previous winners.
