Are you trying to get into that little black dress for New Year’s Eve? Why not join one of our dance or fitness classes to help you on your way. There’s something for everyone from Nordic Walking to Ballroom Latin, Line Dancing, Country Dancing, Fitness Bootcamp to Yoga and Zumba.

Rachel Stevens’ new Street Fit Dance group on Thursday for 6.15 to 7.15 p.m.is proving increasingly popular, as is Charlotte Edwards DanceZone sessions on Thursday evenings. If you can get up early in the mornings, the Pilates group on Tuesday mornings from 7.45 – 8.45 a.m. is a great way to start the day. Table tennis is also thriving at Bridges with three groups playing regularly with ping pongers of all abilities.

There's lots of things to do with your children with the Helen O’Grady and Stagecoach Drama groups, NCT and Music Bugs for the younger tots, as well as a new activity on Sunday afternoons, “Rugby Tots” introduced by Phil Ragatt.

If you like singing out loud, there's plenty of scope. The very strong Monmouth Choral Society rehearses at Bridges every Tuesday night and performs to a high standard. If you prefer something more modern, the “Rock Choir UK” is going from strength to strength on Monday evenings. We also have many interest and support groups meeting here including the University of the Third Age, Monmouth Floral Society, Creative Writing Group, Wye Knots Craft Group, Breast Cancer Support Group, Bridge Club etc.

Why not pop in and find out more?
