If you or anyone you know has been given a diagnosis of breast cancer chances are you will be shocked. I know I was. The Haven based in Hereford offers individually tailored support programmes. They are holding a breast cancer support day at Drybridge House on October 3rd from 10.00 - 16.00. Essential to book,places are free.

The programme will begin at 10 with an introduction to the Haven and then will follow with:
Getting emotional support
Coffee
Eating well
Lunch
Stress reduction
Relaxation and healing.
The day will end at 4pm. Having benefittied enormously from th Haven I would recommend booking your place and gettting support.
