First time visiting this place and I was exited to see what it was like after visiting other restaurants in town for my first time tho it was very nice. Staff are very kind service was excellent had drinks just 1 minute after arriving food was at my table within 15 mins which was excellent. Highly recommend it to people who are searching for somewhere to eat.

Me and my boyfriend came on a Friday night and the atmosphere was great! The food were perfect portions and there was so much flavour in the dishes! The staff were attentive/ so friendly throughout the evening. Will be coming again ☺️

This is our go-to place!!! My three girlfriends and I go here for evening get-togethers..birthdays etc.
The food is excellent and never disappoints...we LOVE the bao buns!!Staff are always great..very friendly and warm!! We always have a great time here.

This was our first time at this Restaurant. I went with my family and had a fantastic meal. The service was excellent and the food was amazing and good value for money . Highly recommended

We called in here by chance on Tuesday night at about 8pm. It was quite busy but they found us a table in the window. There were two biggish groups in already , but we were served promptly. Had a selection of dishes, and ordered two more later on. Prawn Balls were excellent, Chilli Beef good as well. Nice bottle of Viognier to wash it down with. The staff were great and we had an enjoyable evening.

I found this place as I was looking on line for Far East style food not too far from my town and the menu of Taste Social seemed very appealing; 'steamed buns' can't be found that easily and I decided to give it a try. This is in no way a traditional Chinese style restaurant, it is modern, clean and it is located near to Market Harborough town center. The food was absolutely delicious! A shame the place is not in Kettering, if it were, it'd be my "go to" take away place at least once a week.
I look forward to go again before the end of March.
The pulled pork steamed buns were ever so soft and tasty, the vegetarian starters with fried rice and those with shitaki mushroom...delicious! And the desserts very original and scrumptious. A small menu of perhaps ~ 25 items but well worth trying!

Great food but the place was a little dirty and the tables weren’t cleaned. Also the waitress was not paying attention and there were only two diners so overall could have been better

My second visit but this time with a group of friends. Had a fab night and the food was absolutely gorgeous. It's a type of chinese tapas menu which is such a fun idea. Long list of dishes and you pick three dishes each. It might seem pricey but as we all chose different things and then tried each others dishes, we were soon full and it makes a change to your standard 2/3 course meal, the wine was really good and the service was great, staff were really attentive and polite. If you don't want a big meal then this place is for you. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I have hardly left the house since the pandemic started, we're in our 60s so other than the odd walk around the park, that's it. Taste Social has been a lifeline. Wide selection of Oriental foods etc.

Taste Social has a beautiful interior with just the right amount of light. Social distancing works well. Lovely clean and spacious inside. The menu is a bit like Asian tapas - you can order an array of smaller taster dishes. We really enjoyed the bao buns, kimchi bbq ribs, vegetable chow mein, chilli beef, spring rolls. Ordered more as the evening went along. Great cocktail choice, not inexpensive but really delicious. Best we’ve had in ages. Staff attentive and friendly. wonderful

Place is nice inside and staff were pleasant. Cocktails were really good but the food was okay nothing special. Felt the food was nice but far too expensive for the amount you actually get. Paid £70 for 3 cocktails (£25) and then food (£45) and for 2 of us we both didn't feel full after eating there. I know tapas isn't big sizes but for what you pay id expect bit more on the plate.

Have been to this restaurant a few times when in the area. Have enjoyed the food every time. It is worth the trip over. Every dish as good as the next and a good selection of dishes to choose from.

It was a snap decision belated birthday treat for my wife. We tried to get into Ascough's and found that the attempt to book had failed. I was then sent to try Han and thought that was where I was invited in. We had a lovely tapas style meal and wondered at the time if Han had changed its name.
Each dish is relatively small and the bowls were not hot enough to keep each helping hot so take care to order small numbers of dishes according to how large your party and how quickly you eat. I expect the staff will help you, especially when the Covid restrictions are relaxed. Alternatively they might have heated trays in future.
