Good quick lunch great value for money

Host didn't have our telephone booking.<br>Place was empty at the time and he reluctantly allowed us to stay. Only 4 adults and 1 child.<br>Very po-faced and couldn't even greet us with a smile.<br>Shame as it prevented a sizeable tip as the food was very good.<br>Draught beer too warm though.<br>Also ordered 4 desserts. One came ten minutes earlier than the rest.<br>We will try again and hopefully get a better reception 🙂

Visited for my mum's birthday, really great food, good choice of both food and drink. The waiters and waitresses were really friendly, I forgot the candles for a cake and they were kind enough to use some they had! Lovely atmosphere, very pretty inside. Only reservation would be that it was quite expensive, the total came to just over £30 per person but we did have 3 mocktails which were £5 each and ordered plenty of food, so I'll still give 5 stars :)

Whilst the food and the cocktails are great, the staff are often very overwhelmed and not attentive. We sat in the MIDDLE TABLE of the very small tapas restaurant on a Friday night for over 45 minutes and no one came to check in/ask if he wanted to order and were too busy trying to accommodate the vastly overcrowded tables to pay attention to us trying to flag them down. They forgot to give one of us a cocktail and it was left on the bar for almost 20 minutes.<br><br>Overall disappointing. A table of six should not be left to sit for 45 minutes without any staff checking in. Appalling. In the end we decided to leave than order more food because it took so long. Was also very busy and incredibly loud.

Came in for some light Sunday drinks and food and was not disappointed. The portions, presentation and food was all brilliant. The service was very attentive and the two gents that served us were always ready and at hand to meet our needs

Great value for money, great menu choice and fantastic week lunch deals from £5.50 per main meal. Funky hip place that caters for everyone's tastes... clean, tidy and friendly staff that make you feel welcome

We visited this evening for dinner, my partner had been before and really enjoyed it, so we decided to visit together. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious and of a good quality. The only thing I would say is that at times, it did feel like we had been forgotten about after being served our food. Overall though, a very good experience and certainly something different. Would definitely return.

It was a really nice experience. This place is very pleasant. It plays nice music and serves a very nice food. It serves a degustative menue to make an experience of Chinese cuisine easy and satisfying. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. There is a very good selection of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Highly recommended.

Absolutely love it here, comfortable environment, as well as comforting food:) Recommend the Bao’s and the chowmeins are the best i’ve ever tried! Beautiful food, beautiful restaurant. Definitely recommend

Visited first time.. menu is surprisingly small for a Chinese and had to get my head around there were no curries..
All dishes are small appetisers.. although we seemed to order quite a lot, felt hungry an hour later. We ordered 8 dishes between us and shared, but the quantity you get just wasn’t worth the price in my opinion. The quality was outstanding and the temperature could burn your mouth which was a positive. But hardly any dishes came with a sauce.
So when you’ve got rice, chow mein, chips, spring rolls, chicken balls etc, although nicely presented I was having to scrape the small drizzle of duck sauce off for moisture.. I’m used to sweet and sour chicken and curry piled on a prawn cracker..
Ok but if you’ve got a bigger appetite, look elsewhere..
