We have been using the Han for years and it's always been top notch. However, we visited last Saturday evening and it was not up to their usual standard. They always put a bowl of warm prawn crackers on the table, but there was none this time. The food, whilst still great, just didn't seem to have the X factor. No After Eight's with the bill, there always has been, just small things but when paying over £140, I expect the same level of service as before.

staff where very kind. i had a young lad serving us our food in the widow seat in the back corner of the restaurant, the young lad was telling us how he was going to be a pilot and seemed like a lovely lad. it also came to my notice that i heard a table of 3 women planning that they where going to leave a bad review ect and i thought that that was horrible to hear. i then come onto trip advisor to see that they had wrote a review about the young boy who was chewing gum when serving their table. i can say this is wrong as i was watching him serve their food and can say he was not chewing gum at that moment of time he was being nothing but polite to the table and did nothing wrong and should get a praise since he handled a very busy night very well. he came over with a younger lady later on in the night that seemed like she was new and was teaching her how to serve food and then set tables next to us and was a lovely bright young lad who i hope to see there again soon and can talk to about his flying again as that was very interesting

Food was ok, service very slow - they had school kids serving which was weird as they appeared to still be in their school uniforms, the young lad chewed gum horribly all night and definitely needs to improve on serving skills. Lacks atmosphere

Han catered for our dietary requirements - we had a vegan and a gluten free diet in our group and both were looked after amazingly. I had the Monks Banquet vegan-ised and it was the best Chinese food ever. Thank you for a lovely evening!

Favourite Chinese in Harborough alongside Taste Social downstairs which is its sister restaurant offering Dim Sum. Love the Spring Rolls.... become a tradition now with the girls!

I usually love going to Han, but our recent Saturday evening trip was disappointing primarily due to very slow service. Whilst the starter came quite quickly it was nearly 30 mins before it was cleared and then only when we asked. Drinks service very poor after the first time - simply couldn't get anyone's attention. The neighbouring table arrived before us and were only getting their food order taken as we finished our starter.
The available staff were working hard, but too few and it seemed the problem was a lack of management of arrivals schedules - large parties in very quick succession, so the restaurant was almost full of new tables at 7pm. Only one lady seemed to be taking orders and payments.
