This morning I went to the branch for opening the global and saving accounts. The staff Enea was really patient. He introduced each type of saving accounts and the difference among them. It was very clear and easy to understand even if I barely know anything about the finance. And he also gave me the advice of choosing the account. It was so helpful. Great experience!
