I had a recurring issue of my debit card not being delivered to my address, so I visited the branch. Anna was really helpful and made sure to order my card to the branch as soon as possible. The service was excellent and Anna was fantastic. 10/10.

Anhmy is super helpful and considerate while helping me setting up my account! The process was smooth even though it was quite difficult to arrange an appointment at HSBC. If anyone wants to set up an account with HSBC id suggest you get everything prepared and come early.
