This afternoon, I came to apply for an account opening certificate and transactions, as well as to open an interest-bearing account. The staff Enea assisted me throughout the process. He was very patient the entire time and explained the differences between the various interest-bearing accounts, helping me choose the financial option that best suits my needs, demonstrating his professional skills. This morning around 10:30 am, I went to this branch to open a general savings account. I was very quickly addressed by Alex and he directed me to Anna for the arrangement.
