The Lutterworth and District Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research Branch have opened their second charity shop in Lutterworth town centre.

The new store, located at 1 Bell Street Lutterworth, (old Coombes the Bakers next to Corals Bookmakers), was opened on Saturday Sept 4th by 9-year-old Aiden Taylor who is currently undergoing treatment for Leukaemia.

The book barn has been relocated into the new premises, which also sells a range of furniture. It is now open 6 days a week from 9am to 5pm.

If you have furniture or books to donate, please contact them on 01455 556649 - they are now able to arrange local pickups and deliveries.

The friendly team are always looking for additional volunteers - if you have a few hours to spare and are interested in helping out, just pop in and talk to them or give them a call.

As they expand, they also need an events organiser to help co-ordinate all the events being arranged. Do you think you can spare some time to help? Do you want a challenge? If so please contact Chris, Lesley or Ann in the charity shop or call 01455 556649.
