Has an unknown Good Samaritan rescued you by making a split decision that made a difference between life and death? Would you like help finding them to say thank you?

Or have you stepped in to help a stranger in an emergency and want to know what happened to them after? 

The Garden Productions, the team behind BAFTA award winning Channel 4 series One Born Every Minute and 24 Hours in A&E are making a one off special for ITV1 and would like to hear from you if you can help. 

This inspirational programme will tell the amazing stories of people who have either helped or been helped by others in an emergency. The production team are keen to highlight the amazing bravery and kindness of individuals who have become someone’s hero in an unexpected circumstance.
