Hinckley & Rugby Building Society has launched a new two-year discount mortgage at just 3.59 per cent. The mortgage is available up to 85 per cent max LTV (loan-to-value).
The top 20 Building Society’s new discount takes 2.05 per cent off the Standard Variable rate for two years. The overall cost for comparison is 5.3 per cent APR.
The new mortgage sits neatly in the Society’s range of two-year discounts, which run from 75 per cent to 90 per cent LTV. The new mortgage has an arrangement fee of £195 and a completion fee of £795.
