The Lifetime Discount is 4.24 per cent, a 1.4 per cent discount off the Standard Variable Rate (APR 4.4 per cent). The Two Year Discount is 4.19 per cent, a 1.45 per cent discount off the Standard Variable Rate (APR 5.5 per cent)
Both mortgages have a £395 arrangement fee and £695 completion fee. The valuation is free on properties under £1 million.
