The Lowestoft Players moved into their new home at The Bethel just under three years ago and have been working their magic on the building ever since.
In the last few weeks there has been an amazing transformation as the building started to take shape as a 200 seat theatre.
Members of this talented Lowestoft theatre company have put in hundreds of hours of work to get the building ready for the inaugral production - A Christmas Spectacular.
Audiences were welcomed into the theatre by the highly experienced front of house team before moving into the new bar area.
The fully licensed bar was also serving hot mulled wine - an instant hit with theatre-goers especially with the chill wind outside.
The Lowestoft Players have had full houses with the show being likened by many as a 'home-grown Thursford but better' - praise indeed!
I'd like to plug the show and say 'Grab a ticket now', but I fear you may be too late!
So lookout for more events and performances at The Players Theatre at The Bethel, in the heart of Lowestoft.
