What a lovely person clare is, I had an 50s style swing dress that needed a new zip, she found a matching one and replaced it no issues. Nothing is never to much trouble and it helps Clare is such a nice person to chat to. Clare many years ago, helped me pick my wedding dress, but I don't think she remembers this as she was at another base in Lichfield. Very highly recommended.
