The whole process dealing with ECA is an absolute joy! From booking the work with Karen which is stress free. Right through to Eddie doing the new boiler. Eddie was brilliant at finding solutions to getting round one particular problem with my strange house and he stayed 'til the job was done! He even fielded numerous questions from my two boys who now want to be plumbers! Recommend 100%.
