Appalling experience with this company. Have only recently received money that was owed to me and my house keys having not had any services from them for over 2 months. Was quite nervous about having a cleaner and explained to the owner of the company that we have a nervous dog. Was reassured this was not a problem. First time the cleaner came, my husband was asked if my dog could be kept in a room for the 2 hours she was there. That rang alarm bells. The second clean, the cleaner just cleaned the same things again (much of this was at an 'ok' standard) - mirrors looked like they'd been wiped with a wet cloth then left. After complaining and asking to cancel our contract, we were offered a free clean and a new cleaner. For varying reasons odd sessions had to be cancelled or rearranged on both parts. Got very complicated and difficult with our very busy lives so we chose to cancel - having overpaid and not received the free clean we were promised. It then took 2 months of badgering the owner (who gave countless excuses - none of which accepted blame) and being accused of lying about the cleaning we had, before we finally received our money and house keys. Approach this company with caution.
