Used SP Taylor to replace our boiler after being let down by a large National Company. The contrast in service was amazing. They responded to queries very quickly, installed the boiler with minimum fuss and were happy to work around our indoor pets. The new boiler is quietly efficient and quick to heat a tankful of hot water and to warm the house. While we were waiting on the agreed installation date, our immersion heater packed up and they came and tried to repair that only to find that the hot water cylinder was decades old and the immersion heater not able to be removed without danger of rupture. They replaced that with a gleaming new cylinder and immersion heater without complaint on one of the hottest days of the year. We are well set up for all eventualities now. So pleased with the service we’ve also used them to replace an old, leaking kitchen mixer tap, fix a leaking toilet and fix another toilet which needed the lo-flush mechanism replacing. Each time they have been quick to come, prices very reasonable, and an efficient, professional, no-fuss job done. Highly recommended.
