It feels like one of the best kept secrets that I'm very pleased to have discovered just wished I'd found it earlier ! I had an urgent need to sort curtains out and Garrin pulled out all the stops a very quick and professional service but more than that, it was a caring service, wanting to get it right for me, going that extra mile. Can't tell you just how impressed I am . I certainly will not be travelling outside of Lichfield in future for my soft furnishing requirements.
Forget what we have come to expect when dealing with tradesmen, Eddie turns up on time, stays until the job is done (8.45pm in my case), he and his collegue Tony work with smiles on their faces in a very clean and efficient manner, professional through and through, going that 'extra mile' bit that I have not experienced in a very long time. I would, and do highly recommend E.C.A. to any and every one, give them a ring and see for your self.
