He's a true professional, extremely well qualified and provides excellent service - from a bit of friendly advice to fixing a major problem. Fantastic service in replacing our boiler. Made sure we weren't without heating or hot water during the replacement and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Now our house is warmer than ever.
