Contacted Wicklen at 08:45 and they said they were busy but would try to fit me in. Phoned back at 09:40 and said they would be here at around 12:00. Arrived on time and cleared the blockage within 30 minutes. Excellent service.

The team from Wicklen were professional and friendly. They diagnosed the problem and found the blockage, which was in a difficult spot under a huge rock and concrete steps. During the repair an additional problem was identified; they agreed a price for the additional work and completed it to time and budget. The work was conducted during inclement weather and with the 'help' of our intrusive dog which was 'accepted' with good humour. The site was left clean and tidy.
