We recruited this company to investigate a sewage smell coming up into our property, we were starting to lose hope as many other supplier had investigated but couldn’t get to the bottom of it. Much to our surprise within a few days the issue was identified. We instructed them to progress and carry on the work, we were in a rush to get the issue sorted. Despite a busy calendar the company had moved things around and started that week, within one week the issue was resolved and the smell removed from the house. We were very impressed with their capability , professionalism and efficiency.

We were very pleased with the work that Wicklen did for us last week. We have used them before. Keith came for an initial assessment of the problem and the work was done promptly and effectively over three days in freezing weather. They are an enthusiastic and friendly team.

Despite poor weather, the 3 guys constantly worked hard, and and were pleasant and cooperative throughout. They kept us fully informed by explaining what was happening and completed the job as predicted on the quotation. Would thoroughly recommend.

A very professional company who completed a significant project including replacing an old septic tank with a new compliant sewerage treatment plant, plus all new rainwater drains and pumping station over 8 weeks. Very courteous throughout and highly recommended.

They were very knowledgeable, patient in explaining their findings and the process, polite, and careful to cause minimal disturbance with their work. Everything was made good, the rubble taken away and the work site swept at the end. Would highly recommend and will definitely call again for any drainage works.
