I have visited the arboretum right from the first time it opened to the public and 3 times since. I visited today with friends and we are impressed by the quality of your staff. The friendly service was absolutely superb.

Wonderful place to visit, the volunteers are so dedicated and helpful. Although it was very busy when we visited, once you are out in the arboretum it is so peaceful. It's really wheelchair friendly too. Will be back there soon. If your mobility isn't too good, you can book a mobility scooter there but pre-booking is a must.

First visit and very very impressed. We attended a memorial and afternoon tea so didn't fully explore all of the areas. It has a well stocked cafe, and everywhere is very clean.

Visited on a class trip. We enjoyed an organised classroom based activity revolving around WW2. In the afternoon we had a tour of the site. The staff were very knowledgeable.

A lovely place to visit
Well kept ground and lots of memorials
When we climbed the steps to the centre memorial the guide explained in good detail about the design and who qualified to have an entry on the wall
We also looked around the specific areas for each service

Atmospheric, special, contemplative landscape conveying a powerful impression.
Breath taking design by landscape architects Fira

Although not a single tree in the arboretum was labelled, nor a guide to the range of trees

Outstanding visit

I didn't expect to be so moved. The exhibition is worth the visit alone, but the symbolism of the memorials is something else.
